Thanks to the fully equipped apartments, they are also suitable for longer stays and for guests who want their own daily routine – trips, cycling, wineries, and evening relaxation. The apartments are also a great choice for active seniors who appreciate a quiet location, easy trips around the area, and comfortable accommodation without the need for daily commuting.

Where are Amenity Apartments Perná located?

The apartments are located in the village of Perná in the Pálava region, near Mikulov and the Nové Mlýny reservoirs. The location is popular for wine tourism, cycling holidays, and relaxing trips around South Moravia. From Perná, you can easily reach wine trails, the water, and the viewpoints of Pálava, while Mikulov with its historic centre and gastronomy is only a few minutes away.

What types of apartments are available?

Fully equipped apartments for 2–6 people are available, each with its own bathroom and kitchenette. The apartments are suitable for couples, families, and smaller groups, and thanks to their private facilities, they offer comfort even for longer stays. Guests appreciate the opportunity to feel at home, have privacy, and still have the Pálava region literally just around the corner.

Are the apartments suitable for families with children?

Yes, the apartments provide plenty of space and facilities for families with children. The advantages include a kitchenette, privacy, and the possibility to plan each day according to the family’s needs.

How long is the ideal stay below the Pálava Hills?

A weekend or extended weekend stay is ideal. To fully explore the region, we recommend at least 4 nights so that you have time for Mikulov, cycling routes around the reservoirs, a trip to Lednice and Valtice, and at least one wine tasting.

CHECK-IN, KEYS, AND PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Where do I collect the apartment keys?

Guests collect the keys at the reception in Perná according to the instructions received before arrival. We recommend following the arrival instructions and the information about parking and key handover that you will receive before the start of your stay.

When are check-in and check-out at the apartments?

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Early arrival or late departure is possible upon agreement with reception, depending on current availability.

How do I collect the keys if I arrive late?

In the case of a late arrival, it is necessary to contact reception in advance and arrange an individual key handover. This ensures a smooth arrival even in the evening hours.

Is parking at the apartments free of charge?

Yes, parking inside the premises is free of charge. Apartments for 4 or more people have 1–2 parking spaces available depending on the accommodation type. Covered parking is also available subject to current availability.

Is accommodation with pets possible?

Yes. Pets are allowed for a fee of CZK 500 per night. A maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed, only in selected apartment types. For larger breeds, we recommend consultation before booking.

What is the availability of public transport?

The nearest train connections are in Mikulov or Břeclav, from where you can continue by bus to Perná. For convenient travel around the region, a car or a bicycle is the most practical option.

BREAKFAST, WINE, AND GASTRONOMY

Is continental breakfast included in the stay?

Yes, continental breakfast is included in the accommodation price. Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the dining area in the main accommodation building, according to the instructions guests receive before arrival or at check-in. This gives guests a comfortable start to the day, while during the day they can enjoy their own pace thanks to the kitchenette in the apartment.

Is there a wine cellar available for guests?

Yes, there is a self-service wine cellar available on site. This allows guests to enjoy the wine atmosphere of the region directly at their accommodation without the need to travel elsewhere. The wine cellar is popular with couples and groups alike as an evening activity after a cycling trip or an excursion to Mikulov.

Can we arrange a local wine tasting?

Yes, wine tasting can be arranged by prior agreement. Wine experiences are typical for the Pálava region and are often a key part of the stay.

What dining options are available around Perná?

There are many restaurants, wineries, and gastronomic venues in Mikulov and the surrounding villages. Thanks to the kitchenette in the apartment, guests also have the option of self-catering. For an experience without worrying about transport, guests often also use the restaurant at Amenity Guesthouse Horní Věstonice.

What activities are available directly on the apartment grounds?

There is an outdoor mini grass field suitable for ball games and racket sports, such as ball games, badminton, and other light activities. For an evening atmosphere, guests can also use a fire pit with seating, which is popular with families and groups of friends.

Can guests enjoy barbecuing at the apartments?

Yes. We can lend electric grills to guests and prepare barbecue packages on request, suitable for families and groups. A fire pit is also available on site, and for guests’ convenience we also offer firewood for sale. This allows you to enjoy a pleasant evening without complicated arrangements.

Is there an outdoor pool available at the apartments?

During the main summer season, specifically in July and August, an outdoor inflatable pool is available for guests, subject to weather and operating conditions.

Can apartments be booked for a larger group?

Yes. The apartments are suitable for group stays – it is possible to book several units at the same time or the entire premises. This is popular for groups of friends, cycling groups, family gatherings, or smaller celebrations, when you want to stay together but still have privacy in individual apartments.

Do Apartments Perná offer common areas?

Yes, common areas can be used during the day as well as when renting the entire property. This is practical for groups who want to spend time together, plan trips, or enjoy an evening gathering.

Is it possible to rent the entire apartment complex at once?

Yes. It is possible to rent the whole property, which is ideal for private celebrations, intimate weddings, family gatherings, or larger group stays. The advantage is privacy, common areas, and the possibility of a tailor-made programme.

Is it possible to organise a wedding or family celebration at the apartments?

We recommend cycling routes around the Nové Mlýny reservoirs, the Mikulov wine trail, and routes towards Lednice and Valtice. The Pálava area is exceptionally popular thanks to its combination of vineyards, views, wine stops, and the option to choose shorter or longer circuits depending on your fitness level.

What can we do in the area when it rains or when the weather is colder?

Guests often choose a programme in Mikulov, such as the château, the historic centre, cafés, and wineries, or alternatively Aqualand Moravia. A relaxed wine programme with tastings, a wine cellar, and gastronomy also works very well, and thanks to the apartment facilities you can enjoy a comfortable home-style evening.

Top trips from Perná include Mikulov with its château, town centre, and Holy Hill, the Nové Mlýny reservoirs with walking and cycling routes, the Pálava Hills and viewpoints such as Děvín and the surrounding trails, as well as Lednice and Valtice in the Lednice-Valtice Cultural Landscape. For families and a full-day programme, Aqualand Moravia is also very popular.
