How does arrival at Amenity Apartments Perná work?
Arrival is self-service using a PIN code. Before arrival, we will send you instructions by SMS or email. You will use the PIN code for the entrance gate, the main entrance to the building where applicable, and the entrance to your apartment.
Do you have a reception desk?
Arrival does not require a visit to a reception desk. The PIN code allows you to go comfortably and directly to your apartment. We are available by phone if you need assistance.
What if we arrive late in the evening?
That is not a problem. The access PIN allows you to arrive later in the evening, and it remains valid throughout your stay.
Will we receive keys?
No. Access is keyless and works using a PIN code, so you do not need to collect or return any keys.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Earlier arrival or later departure may be possible by prior arrangement and subject to current availability.
Is parking at the apartments free?
Yes. Parking inside the property is free. Apartments for four or more guests have one or two parking spaces depending on the accommodation type. Covered parking is also available subject to current availability.
Is accommodation with pets available?
Yes. Pets are allowed for a fee of CZK 250 per night. A maximum of one pet is permitted per apartment and only in selected apartment types. We recommend confirming availability in advance and stating the number of pets in the special requests section of your reservation.
How accessible are the apartments by public transport?
The nearest railway connections are in Mikulov and Břeclav, from where you can continue to Perná by bus. A car or bicycle is the most practical way to travel around the region.
Is continental breakfast included in the stay?
Yes. Continental breakfast is included in the accommodation price. Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the dining area of the main building according to the instructions guests receive before arrival. This provides a comfortable start to the day, while the apartment kitchenette allows guests to follow their own schedule later on.
