We have prepared an overview of the most important information to make your stay at Amenity Apartments Perná as pleasant as possible.
Arriving at Amenity Apartments Perná is simple and does not involve any unnecessary waiting. Access to both the property and your apartment is provided using a PIN code, which we will send to you by SMS or email before your arrival.
You do not need to collect keys, check reception opening hours or worry about arriving late. Simply arrive, enter your PIN and go directly to your apartment.
You will receive a PIN code before arrival
We will send you the PIN code by SMS or email together with your arrival instructions.
Open the entrance gate
When you arrive, enter the PIN code at the entrance gate to the property.
Continue to your apartment
For some apartments, you will also pass through the main entrance to the building – use the same PIN code.
Enter your apartment
The same PIN code also provides access to your apartment, the bicycle storage room and the self-service wine cellar.
Arrival is self-service using a PIN code. Before your arrival, we will send you instructions by SMS or email. You will use the PIN code for the entrance gate, the main entrance to the building where applicable, and the entrance to your apartment.
Arrival does not require a visit to a reception desk. The PIN code allows you to go comfortably and directly to your apartment. We are available by phone if you need assistance.
That is not a problem. The access PIN allows you to arrive later in the evening. The PIN code remains valid throughout your stay.
No. Access is keyless and works using a PIN code, so you do not need to collect or return any keys.

Dear guests, Amenity Apartments Perná are strictly non-smoking. If the smoking ban is breached, a charge of CZK 5,000 will be added to your bill due to the fire safety risk and the need for deep cleaning of the apartment.
